I'm going to track my progress w/ the 30 day shred here.
Level 1
Day 1: Totally kicked my butt, really good workout though
Day 2: Still tough but a tiny bit better, I'm liking it I'll post my progress after day 10
Day 3: I got through it a lot easier, though it was still tough. Did well on the diet too.

I'm interested to hear about your experience. I bought the video and did it once - not that I don't like to exercise - I just think that I'm not a video exercise girl. I like to run or go to spin class, but I still think about that video and think maybe I should just really try it for 30 days - good luck!

I was thinking about you last night and was hoping you;d post about your program progress! I'm not sure what the program entails but I think the first week to 10 days will be hard. After that you will start to notice gains and get used to a new eating pattern.
Good for you! How are you liking it? I need to find something to get myself in shape with if this cycle doesn't work out and was considering the 30 day shred.
